Construction Assessment

This Construction Assessment  is a one time payment that all current and new members have been required to pay.  These funds go directly towards the mortgage that we took out to help pay for the complete replacement of our main pool and the construction of our new pavilion in 2016.  This is a one time non-refundable payment.  Our current members either paid this fee in 2016 or when they joined after that date.
